My Background in Fishing Photography

I began photographing and filming fishing while camping up in North East Arnhem Land in 2008.

I had an addiction to those remote and adventurous trips and the vision of two great friends living in Nhulunbuy lead to the filming of a program over 3 series called 'Fishing the Wild', and a documentary series about a family operating a commercial fishing operation 'WildCard', in a production called 'Lord of the Macks'.

The program also lead to me working for the luxury charter boat WildCard - an exclusive private charter run by delightful people that are not only highly experienced in a dangerous marine environment, but also in the art of hospitality. They provide unique opportunities for a very small percentage of the population to experience some of the most beautiful, untouched, untamed and inaccessible country in the world.
